questions about photos and music on I devices

Hey guys. I just have a question for those of you who are proficient with using Apple devices.

The first thing has to do with photos. My IPhone is all most full because I took a lot of pictures and videos. There is something like 150 in total. The only way I know how to delete them is one by one. Do you know if there is a way of selecting all of them and deleting them all? I have two back ups that contain the photos and videos so I'm not worried about losing them.

The second question has to do with music. I got a new IPod touch recently. I was able to set it up and the music all transferred to it without me having to do a lot. The thing is I have about 400 songs and I don't want to have to click on every single one to download them. So is there a way I can make my IPod download all the songs by itself?

Thanks in advance for your help, and hopefully there is a way to do this stuff. I have a lot of free time now and I'll do it the only way I know how if there's no other way, but it's just tedious as hell so hopefully there is another way.

Ryan, I'm not so profissiant at it but here's what I did. Note: this doesn't apply to a mac. I have well over 500 photos in my iPod. I had 700 of them, so what I did to delete the 200 is go to photos, then to the album. There should be an option that says select. And then you can double tap on each one and they'll be selected, and when you're done you find the delete button. I think you confirm the deletion, and you're through. I don't know of any way you can select them all, but I'll check and get back to you. :)

On an iPhone you can remove all the music at once, but I don’t know about iPod.
iPhone I go settings, general, usage.
I tap on whatever I want to remove, music, pictures, and in there you’ll find delete all.
As to downloading, if you mean to your computer, the music is in iTunes. Just let the iPod and computer sync.
If that is not what you mean, explain more and I’ll see if I know.

Yeah.I've got close to 2700 songs on my IPod and IPhone not to mention the 89 audiobooks on my IPod. You can bet that sync took a wile LOL.

Hmmm. I will try a manual sync and see what happens. See all the music is all ready on the IPod but none of it is downloaded, but for some odd reason I can still play it.

That is because it is in the cloud. If you don't need it downloaded, why do it? It is available on all iDevices and computers associated with your Apple ID, so available.
You don't have the worry of losing it. If afraid of that, download and save it someplace else.
